This is the highest level of the award and celebrates the fantastic teaching that takes place enabling our children to achieve their full potential, right from the very beginning of their primary education. To be awarded this special achievement, our Early Years team spent a year self-evaluating and reflecting on how to improve our practice and then implemented changes against our action plans. We've had incredibly positive feedback throughout the process and are excited to consolidate and build on the changes we have made.
