On Thursday 16th May, Year 5 will be going on a trip to Bhaktivedanta Manor, a Hare Krishna Temple Visit. The temple visit will enhance the children’s learning and understanding of Hinduism and play an integral part in our RE teaching. We will leave school at 9.30am and travel by coach. We will be back at school by 12.30pm. Once there, the children will take part in a Hinduism presentation, as well as visiting the Shrine and the Cow Protection Centre. On the day, children should be dressed in their school uniform with suitable shoes. They will not need to bring anything for the visit, as we will be back in time for lunch.
