We will leave school at 9.45am and travel by coach to St Albans. We will be back at school by 3.15pm. Once there, the children will have a guided/worksheet led tour of the cathedral and we will be visiting the roman remains within St Albans Park. This fits in with our theme about our local area and our topic for next term which is the Romans and local history.

On the day, children should be dressed in their school uniform with suitable shoes. They will need to bring a water bottle and a packed lunch which we will eat at the cathedral. If your child has a current Free School Meal entitlement, they will be provided with a free packed lunch from our school kitchen but please let us know if you would prefer to provide your own packed lunch.
