Community Iftar
This event will take place from 4:45pm on 04/03/2026
We are delighted to announce that we will be holding our first ever Cherry Tree Community Iftar! This is a new addition to our yearly events marking traditional celebrations from all faiths. This will take place on Wednesday 4th March, starting from 16:45. For those who may be unfamiliar, Iftar is the meal served at sunset to break the daily fast during Ramadan. While it is an important religious observance for our Muslim families, the spirit of Iftar is universal. It is a time for reflection, gratitude, and, most importantly, for sharing food and spending time together. At Cherry Tree, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive school community. The purpose of this event is to celebrate that diversity and to bring together pupils, families, and staff of all faiths and backgrounds. Whether your family is observing Ramadan or would simply like to join us, learn more, and enjoy an evening with friends and good food, you are all welcome!
